KIWR (89.7 The River) is a non-commercial alternative and rock radio station licensed to Council Bluffs, Iowa, and serving the Omaha–Council Bluffs metro area. It is owned and operated by Iowa Western Community College and airs alternative, modern rock and local music programming.
