WMET 1160 AM is the Guadalupe Radio Network's Catholic radio station for the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, broadcasting from Gaithersburg, Maryland. It airs English-language Catholic programming, mainly from EWTN together with locally produced shows, and is owned by La Promesa Foundation. The station also reaches listeners via the 103.1 FM translator serving Falls Church, Virginia.
