What's This Tao All About? is a lighthearted journey through the wisdom of Taoism, originally started in 2015 as a dialogue between journalist Tod Perry and Dr. Carl Totton. The podcast covers basic Taoist concepts, chapters of the Tao Te Ching, and how to find peace and happiness in today's world. After Dr. Totton's health setbacks, George Thompson joined the show, bringing his experience as a filmmaker, tai chi teacher, and popular Taoist communicator on YouTube. Topics include wu-wei, te, pu, yin and yang, qi, Chinese medicine, meditation, and qi gong, as well as the work of philosophers like Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, and Alan Watts.
