It aims to improve public religious literacy by exploring beliefs and rituals through anthropological, sociological, and archaeological perspectives. The show does not endorse any particular religious tradition. The host, Dr. Andrew M. Henry, is a scholar of religious studies focusing on early Christianity and late Roman religion, with a PhD from Boston University.
