Episode 199 - “Hold Fast”
As you travel through life, storms will always appear. Some you will see coming, some will catch you unaware. The best thing you can do is to ‘hold fast’. It may be the only thing that allows you to survive. Hold on and hold fast is all you can do when riding out the storms of life.
