The Romcom Formula
The Romcom Formula is a fully scripted romantic comedy audio drama. Its narrator, who voices romance novels for a living, tries to engineer a perfect neighbors-to-lovers romance for her sister and the hot handyman next door. Using tropes like forced proximity and slow-burn strategy, she meddles with wildly misplaced confidence. Real people, however, refuse to follow the romcom script. The series has nine episodes, each 20–30 minutes, with full-cast audio and narrator commentary.
