WVPE HD3, branded Blues 3, is the 24-hour blues music channel of WVPE, the NPR member public radio station serving Elkhart, South Bend and the Michiana region. It airs continuous blues programming, including the long-running Blues Revue with Ole Harv, as a digital subchannel (HD3) of WVPE 88.1 FM.
