ALT 92.3 (WINS-HD2) is New York City's alternative rock brand owned by Audacy. It plays modern alternative rock for the NYC metro area. Formerly broadcast on 92.3 FM as WNYL, since October 2022 it airs on the HD2 subchannel of WINS-FM and streams on the Audacy platform.
