WCDB is the student-run college radio station of the University at Albany (SUNY), broadcasting on 90.9 FM from Campus Center 316 in Albany, New York. It airs a freeform mix of alternative, indie, hip-hop, metal, jazz and electronic music on a 24/7 schedule and streams online worldwide. The station is fully staffed by students and has been on the FM dial since 1978 (originally signed on as WSUA).
