83.9 FM DJSURPLUSVISION RADIO is an internet-only station hosted on Live365 and run by DJ Surplus (Billy Swanson) from Columbia, South Carolina. It is built around independent and unsigned artists, with daily shows, a weekly listener-voted Top 10 and paid promotion slots for indie musicians. The "83.9 FM" in the name is a branding — the station has no licensed terrestrial frequency and calls itself a digital radio station.
