KTLO (1240 AM) is a news/talk radio station licensed to Mountain Home, Arkansas, on air since 1953 and serving the Twin Lakes area of north-central Arkansas; it is owned by Mountain Lakes Broadcasting Corp. Previously branded "Real Country 1240", it now brands as "Real Talk" and airs conservative talk programming (Brian Kilmeade, Mark Levin, Dave Ramsey) along with local news, weather and sports, including St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
