This chapter reminds us that the God that sent the fires from Heaven is also the God who meets us in exhaustion and speaks in a whisper.

Isaiah 41 reminds us that we do not need to live in fear, because God has chosen us, strengthens us, and holds us by the hand.

Sometimes I wonder how my kids will meet God in their lives. My wish was to spare them any hurts or pains that life without God brings. But I realize that forcing them to see God helps no one. I put my prayer in Gods hands as I know He is the only one that can reach their heart and make a difference.
