Hannah and Sarah Sturm are sisters who grew up together and live near each other, but their careers couldn't be more different: Sarah is a professional cyclist, while Hannah has avoided bikes most of her life. Each week, they discuss Sarah's unusual job, with Hannah asking the awkward questions about cycling that others might be too embarrassed to raise.
