The Cooldown is a post-race cycling podcast focused on the men's and women's Lifetime Grand Prix series. Hosts Alexey Vermeulen, Keegan Swenson, Sofia Gomez Villafane, and Ruth Holcomb provide quick breakdowns after each race. They discuss course conditions, race tactics, and equipment choices from the perspective of two LTGP racers. The show offers an inside look at the races straight from the athletes themselves.
