Al Capone: The Chicago Outfit
A daily documentary-style podcast chronicling the life and criminal career of Al Capone, from his Brooklyn upbringing to his takeover of Prohibition-era Chicago. Episodes trace his rise within Johnny Torrio's operation, the Hawthorne Hotel, and the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, as well as law enforcement efforts by Eliot Ness and the Untouchables. It also follows Capone's tax evasion conviction, imprisonment in Atlanta and Alcatraz, his declining health, and his death in Miami in 1947. New episodes are released every day.
