Nothing Much Happens is a bedtime story podcast hosted by yoga and meditation teacher Kathryn Nicolai. Each episode features a gentle, cozy story in which, as the title suggests, not much happens, helping listeners relax instead of spiraling into anxious thoughts. The stories are read twice, with a slower second reading intended to ease the listener toward sleep. The show has been a trusted sleep ritual for many listeners for over seven years.
