90 Under 90
90 Under 90 is a film podcast hosted by brothers Jeremy and Dan Eden. Each week they are joined by a rotating selection of guest hosts to dissect a different movie that runs under 90 minutes. They dig into the merits and flaws of these short films, for better or worse. The show mixes casual banter with movie discussion and recommendations.

90 OVER 90 #30: Scream
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED OCTOBER 2023
Dan's choice from Jer's list this month is "Scream" from 1996 directed by the legend Wes Craven. The guys deviate from the standard formula a little bit by spending a large portion of the episode on the "Scream" franchise as a whole. Jer also shares his (possibly overhyped?) pitch for "Scream 7."

90 OVER 90 #29: The Truman Show
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 2023
An excellent movie with far less relevance than it originally had, this month we're discussing "The Truman Show" directed by Peter Weir and starring Jim Carrey in his first significant dramatic shift.

We kick off the new year by looking back over 45 years. We're talking about Paul Thomas Anderson's second film, but the first to blast him into the mainstream like a dude sitting in the back row of an adult movie theater in...excuse me. Jer and Dan discuss "Boogie Nights" from 1997.

90 OVER 90 #08: Home Alone

The 90 Under 90 1st Annual Labor Day Special
Frankly, this needed to happen...

90 OVER 90 #40: The Dark Knight

FFT #28: X-Men: Apocalypse
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED MARCH 22, 2022
"X-Men: Apocalypse" is not the truly apocalyptic event that a lot of people make it out to be. Because that would at least be exciting. Instead it's a snooze, which is the cardinal sin for movies, particularly franchise films.

FFT #27: Deadpool
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED MARCH 8, 2022
We've all seen it, but we're talking about it anyway. And we're bringing a Patron with us!

FFT #26: X-Men: Days of Future Past
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED FEBRUARY 22, 2022
Have we reached the climax of quality in the X-Men movies? "Logan" aside, this may be the best X-Men movie pound for pound, and we happily get into it. But we're reaching the peak of the roller coaster climb, and we're close to racing straight down!

FFT #16: Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED OCTOBER 5, 2021
The series has ended, but there is so much more story to tell. We go back to how this all started with "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me," a movie that can (and did) easily piss off the fanbase who didn't know what to expect from a big screen transition.

90 OVER 90 #36: The Big Lebowski
Dan brings us this month's OVER 90 selection: The Coen Brothers' "The Big Lebowski" from 1998 starring Jeff Bridges and John Goodman. A movie that by all rights IS a comedy, yet somehow most of the humor still eludes Jer.

We've reached the end of the Skywalker Saga and the lowest rated Star Wars movie in the series. But how does it stack up for newcomer Mike?

FFT #08: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED JUNE 22, 2021
We have arrived at the Star Wars movie that's so divisive we couldn't even be in the same room to discuss it. Rian Johnson's "The Last Jedi" is the topic today, so be patient with us and hear our thoughts in the most civilized manner we could muster.

FFT #07: Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED JUNE 15, 2021
There's been an awakening at the same time there's been a silencing (of George Lucas, at least.) We're now heading into the sequel trilogy with the movie that feels very familiar, yet somehow is very convoluted despite being a very fun watch. What a mixed bag this one is!

90 OVER 90 #34: Robocop
This month we bring you Paul Verhoeven's 1987 EXCESSIVE satire "Robocop" starring Peter Weller as the titular robo-cop. It's another insanely R-rated movie that somehow spawned a children's cartoon!

FFT #06: Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED JUNE 8, 2021
We've come to the end of the prequel trilogy and the original saga. It's taken us several weeks to get here and now we're racing through hyperspace to reach the creation of Darth Vader. So let's break down this slow-paced yet still rushed conclusion to the time before the Battle of Yavin.

FFT #05: Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones

FFT #03: Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi

FFT #02: Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED MAY 11, 2021
We continue Mike's journey to a galaxy far, far away with the next logical stop: The Empire Strikes Back. It's no secret that this is the most beloved of all Star Wars movies. So it's also no secret that Mike greatly enjoyed it. So our evolving format mutates once again to something a little more familiar for the time being. A good ol' scene by

90 OVER 90 #33: Gravity
In this cold month of January, we discuss the cold space thriller "Gravity" from 2013, directed by Alfonso Cuaron, and starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. This is still the most terrifying movie Jer has ever seen.

But first, we present you with the premiere episode of a side show we used to do called "Franchise First-Timers" w

The Grinch
Our final Christmas bonus brings us the 2018 Illumination movie "The Grinch" starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the voice of the titular mean one. We wanted to like it more, but instead we pitch a much better version of a Grinch reboot.

Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey
Neal Fischer joins us one last time to discuss a movie that SHOULD be hilarious but instead has the balls to take itself DEAD serious. Together we all fix "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" from director Rhys Frake-Waterfield.

Red State
Kevin Smith took a major left turn with 2010's "Red State" and I'm not sure any of us appreciated the movie on its first release. Does that still hold up? Ken Palmer joins us to talk about this semi-horror film starring Michael Parks and John Goodman.
