Join the Party is an actual play podcast featuring original tabletop roleplaying campaigns with rich, genre-bending worlds and a cast that clearly enjoys playing together. The show is designed to be welcoming to newcomers as well as veteran players, so no prior experience with roleplaying games is needed. Its current campaign follows the drama and excitement of a superhero high school, while earlier completed campaigns include a pirate story set in a world of plant- and bug-folk, a monster-of-the-week summer camp game, a modern superhero story, and a high fantasy adventure. Once a month the hosts release the Afterparty, answering listener questions about the show and how they play. New episodes arrive every Tuesday.
