Cinq nouvelles: the news in A1 French

Cinq nouvelles is a daily news podcast designed for learners of French at A1 level. Each episode presents five news stories: the top world story, the top story from the United States, the top story from France, a feature on science, technology, health or another subject, and a human-interest story. All stories are written with A1 vocabulary and grammar, spoken a little more slowly, and any difficult words are explained in simple French. New episodes are released every day, seven days a week. The show uses AI to write drafts and produce voices, with a team member checking each episode before release.
