The WQCS Radio Reading Service is a closed-circuit sub-carrier service operated by WQCS 88.9 FM at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida. Volunteers read local newspapers, magazines and other publications for listeners who are blind, visually impaired or print-disabled, and the service is available on special receivers provided free of charge, online and through smart speakers.
