WSVM (1490 AM, with FM translator W243DV on 96.5 FM) is a locally owned adult hits station licensed to Valdese, North Carolina. It serves Burke, Caldwell, Lincoln, Catawba, Alexander, Cleveland and Gaston counties with music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, plus local news, high school sports and community programming. The station is owned by Main Street Broadcasting, Inc. and broadcasts from studios at 225 West Main Street in downtown Valdese.
