WCNY Classic FM (WCNY-FM 91.3) is Central New York's classical-music public radio station, broadcasting from Syracuse, New York. It is an NPR member station owned by The Public Broadcasting Council of Central New York and also carries jazz, bluegrass and community-affairs programming.
