Newtown Radio is an independent, freeform internet radio station that has been broadcasting since 2009 from its street-level studio at 264 Meserole St. in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Its schedule consists of live weekly and bi-weekly two-hour shows hosted by local DJs, artists, labels and journalists, alongside in-studio live sessions and art events. When no live show is on air, the station runs an eclectic music library spanning many genres.
