KTAL-LP (branded Radio Que Tal) is a nonprofit, commercial-free community radio station licensed to Las Cruces, New Mexico, operated by Las Cruces Community Radio. It airs an eclectic mix of locally produced talk, public affairs, news and music programming for the Mesilla Valley.
