Audio Reading Service (ARS) is a free service of the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that provides broadcast and digital access to readings of local and national newspapers, magazines, and community information for people with visual, physical, learning, language, or other print disabilities. Staffed largely by volunteers, it broadcasts 24 hours a day via PBS Fort Wayne channel 39.6 and the WBOI HD radio service, and also streams online and as on-demand podcasts.
