Brown Girls Don't Do Therapy

Diviya Lewis 7 Episodes Oct 28, 2025

A podcast designed by a brown girl who happens to be a therapist to educate, empower, and support listeners to reconnect with their authentic self. Diviya Lewis, a Registered Psychotherapist, invites BIPOC guest therapists and clients to experience how internal family systems (IFS) therapy or "parts work" can support people to find peace, harmony, and love in their life. This podcast is born from the need to break down the continued stigma of going to therapy in many BIPOC communities, and normalize that mental health IS health.
