Welcome to 40 Dates in 40 Days! I’m your host, Sarah Beth. This is a show about dating in your 40s, which is not for the faint of heart! I recently turned 40, and I’m going on 40 dates in 40 days in hopes of finding my person. I'll recap my experiences, as well as interview experts, friends, and other folks navigating modern dating.
