The Dash
The Dash is a weekly podcast hosted by television personalities and longtime friends Elizabeth Chambers and Marissa Hermer. The title refers to the dash between the birth year and death year on a gravestone — the one life you are living right now. Each episode celebrates women and pushes back on outdated myths about aging, divorce, motherhood, sex, and dating. The hosts share personal updates from their own lives along with blunt, candid relationship advice. The tone is funny, unfiltered, and conversational, like a night out with close friends.

The ladies go deeper than the guest list.
