The Lora Cross Podcast is hosted by Lora Cross, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu session wrestler, fitness enthusiast, fetish actress and model. In each episode she talks about her adventures in grappling and modeling, training, and staying healthy and active. The show mixes personal stories with encouragement for listeners who want to live fit, free and adventurous lives. It is aimed at fans of BJJ, fitness culture and alternative modeling.
