Bipolar Clarity: Life After a Bipolar Diagnosis
Bipolar Clarity is a calm, practical podcast for people newly diagnosed with bipolar disorder and navigating the first years after diagnosis. Each short episode focuses on one real-life situation and offers language, steps, and questions to use, covering bipolar 1 and 2, hypomania versus mania, early warning signs, depression and mixed episodes, sleep, routines, medication conversations, work, relationships, and talking with loved ones. It draws on René’s lived experience of more than 20 years with bipolar disorder, including misdiagnosis and a late diagnosis. Clara, the presenter, is an AI host, but the story is real. The podcast is education rather than therapy or medical advice, and new episodes are released weekly.
