Kinsella On Liberty
Kinsella On Liberty is a podcast hosted by attorney and author Stephan Kinsella, exploring Austro-anarchist libertarian legal theory. Episodes dig into topics such as intellectual property, patents, contract and property theory, and the foundations of a stateless legal order. Kinsella draws on Austrian economics and libertarian thought to argue against IP and to sketch how law could function without a state. The show is aimed at listeners interested in radical libertarian and anarcho-capitalist ideas about law and rights.
