Migraine Heroes
Migraine Heroes is a podcast hosted by Diane Ducarme that explores the science behind migraine, from food and hormones to sleep, stress, and lesser-discussed triggers. Each episode examines a topic from multiple angles, East and West, asking whether things like ginger or stress are triggers, remedies, causes, or symptoms. The show grew out of Diane's work helping her sister and then many others identify their own migraine patterns, a method now used by over 3,000 people. Rather than offering simple answers, it turns research and lived experience into practical, context-based advice for people who are already doing everything right and still losing days to migraine.
