WETS-FM is the NPR member public radio station licensed to Johnson City, Tennessee, operated by East Tennessee State University. Its HD1 channel, WETS News, carries national and local news, talk and information programming for the Tri-Cities region of northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina.
