WETS HD3 is the 24-hour classical music subchannel of WETS-FM, the NPR member public radio station owned by East Tennessee State University and serving the Tri-Cities region of northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia. Its schedule combines Classical 24 with syndicated orchestral, chamber and early-music programs.
