WITR 89.7 is the student-run college radio station of the Rochester Institute of Technology, broadcasting from the RIT campus in Henrietta, New York, and serving the Rochester area. Its main format is indie and alternative modern music, complemented by student-hosted specialty shows covering jazz, blues, reggae, hip-hop, world music and more, as well as RIT Tigers sports broadcasts.
