2.22 - Unintentional Mistakes
The agents fought off the last of their Tau ambushers. Solomon had a troubling sense of a desecration within the cave, and upon investigating, they discovered the bodies of Gue’vesa, Kroot, and a few Tau, all of which had been there since around the establishment of Fontus. Spartacus then arrived, and after explaining what had happened, all evidence pointed to the theory that the people who had go
2.21 - A Troubling Desecration
The agents found themselves isolated in the woods, ambushed by Tau in stealth battle suits. Solomon quickly discovered that the weapons that had been provided to them by the Tau had been sabotaged, Morgan tried to drag Stevius to safety but couldn’t entirely avoid him being hit, and Damien drew on the warp to alter the flow of time around some of their enemies to delay their attack. They focused t

The agents selected their weapons and boarded transport to the site of the Great Hunt, accompanied by Stevius, Romeo, and Whistler. 2.19 - The Great Hunt
In the final rounds of the contests for the right to join the Great Hunt, Stevius miraculously beat Excella Rhodes at regicide and cleared his debt with her, and Damien handily won his contest of warp manipulation. Back at the Kroot camp, the agents were welcomed more fully into the clan. Solomon shared the teachings from his bible with the Kroot and had Damien transcribe additions from the Kroot
2.18 - The Chapter of the Kroot
Having created their own Gue’vesa gang with the Kroot and Stevius Funkhauser, the agents prepared for a contest to prove their worth and join the Great Hunt. Having dressed in the style of the Kroot, they met with the other gangs, and were instructed to choose their individual contests. Morgan won her sharpshooting contest handily, but Solomon’s unarmed combat went awry when his opponent was mista
2.17 - The SFU of the Kroot
After their meeting with Aun’O Artemis, Damien was reeling, but Morgan managed to bring him back to himself by invoking the unwavering cheerfulness of Valentyne. Outside the dome, Solomon was approached by a Tau, who informed him that he could ask any drone about the fall of mankind and the Emperor, but Solomon found the idea laughable and the others didn’t correct him. After failing to get access
2.16 - On the Fall of Humanity
Morgan and Damien received electoos to access to the entire hamlet of Fontus and recited the Tau Oath Allegiance, renouncing allegiance to the Emperor, while Solomon refused. After getting a primer on how to behave, Morgan and Damien gained an audience with the Ethereal, Aun’o Artemis, and came away with more information than they expected: the Tau appear to be capable of faster-than-light travel
2.15 - An Audience with the Ethereal
Though the agents panicked at the approaching red eyes, the Kroot child who came in with Morgan identified the animals not as wargs, but as Kroot hounds. She shooed them away, but the runt, “Whistler,” stayed behind and Solomon befriended it by feeding it scraps. They decided to get electoos in order to gain an audience with the Tau Ethereal, but Solomon declined when he realized he would have to
2.14 - Friends of the Kroot
The Inquisitorial band were led by Stevius to meet the Kroot. Solomon agreed to their leader, Spartacus’s, offer to share a meal with him. When the meal turned out to be a human torso, the band hesitated, but realized they had little choice in the matter, so they all ate and Spartacus agreed to sponsor their stay on the planet Vorix. Only when Morgan returned to meet Damien and Solomon as they tur
2.13 - The Heart of the Hunter
The Inquisitorial band, disguised as Ministorum priests, landed on the planet Vorix at a bustling hamlet. They were disturbed to see autonomous metal beings moving around, and Damien especially was overwhelmed by the xenos strangeness surrounding him, though Solomon managed to calm him down. Stevius led them through a security checkpoint, where the Tau were courteous and welcoming, and they were g
2.12 - Welcome to Fontus
Morgan escaped her pursuers from the bar, and the Inquisitorial band boarded Stevius’s ship on the way to the Tau-infested planet Vorix. On the way, they debated what else they could offer their smuggler other than the auramite Aquila pendant he was expecting as payment. Having come to no agreement, they took Stevius up on his offer to play regicide and turned their game into a wager. Damien won t
2.11 - Double or Nothing
The planet Vorix has been infested by Tau and the agents have been tasked with removing them. Morgan, Damien, and Solomon donned their disguises as Imperial preachers and boarded the Janus II space station to meet their contact, Stevius Funkhauser, and procure passage to Vorix. Hoping to pay him less than his asking price, they plied him with drinks first, but when Morgan realized the bar didn’t t
2.10 - The Galaxy’s Luckiest Charmer
The Lucky Strike re-entered the Warp, and Morgan informed Solomon and Damien that they were in greater danger, but did not relay that the danger was now in the form of the Alpha Legion. Avarice briefed them on their next mission. The Tau had inexplicably established themselves on an Imperial world and blockaded the planet against a small force of Imperial ships. The agents have been tasked with re
2.09 - The Body Remembers
The crew of the Lucky Strike was becalmed for 137 days. Solomon and Talos Ivo discussed Solomon’s Book of Ezekiel, and Damien in turn spent time with Solomon discussing his own, official, bible. Valentyne and Morgan spoke via astropath and the Inquisitor revealed that the code word was in fact the war cry of the Alpha Legion. As a precaution, Morgan then arranged to record the genetic sequences of
2.08 - Failure Is Not An Option
Solomon had Talos Ivo sanctify his auramite-infused xenos glaive by inscribing symbols onto it that represented his companions. Avarice learned that the captain of the crew that attacked them and abducted the Judge was Libertine Morwith, a human who was raised in Drukhari captivity and escaped to become a rogue trader. They decided not to pursue the Judge, having no idea where he went and trusting
2.07 - Sanctus Fortus Unus
Damien questioned Morgan about the auramite aquila necklace that CL053T had made, and she revealed that she had requested it for Damien to wear because of auramite’s anti-psyker properties. Morgan reviewed the symbols on the intruders and realized that they were Drukhari runes that were altered purposefully to be offensive to a Drukhari. CL053T reported that repairs to the ship would take 114.3 da
2.06 - Becalmed
Morgan, Damien, and Solomon discussed the findings from their initial investigations into the recent incursion aboard the Lucky Strike. They decided to keep a human watch on duty at all times. Solomon used stimms to stay awake during his first watch, and when he couldn’t sleep later, Damien had him sedated. Morgan privately asked CL053T to used some of their auramite to fashion and aquila medallio
2.05 - Damage Done
Morgan needed answers about possible tampering in Avarice’s brain, but CL053T wouldn’t permit Talos Ivo to perform a scan on the Savant, so Morgan asked CL053T to do it instead and the scan revealed no anomalies. She then asked Talos Ivo to explain his religious doctrine, determined that his benefits outweighed the risks, and ordered CL053T to dedicate some of his time to giving the Mechanicus the
2.04 - Motive and Opportunity
While the intruders were sucked into space through the open airlock, Morgan, Damien, and Solomon managed to hang on until Talos Ivo secured the seal once more. They got a brief look at the enemy ship before its cloak engaged, but with a damaged engine, the Lucky Strike was stuck in place for now. Once Avarice was set free, the savant revealed that his bifurcated brain had allowed the intruders abo
2.03 - The Bifurcated Brain
With Judge Rex nowhere to be found and Morgan injured and poisoned, Brother Solomon and Damien continued to fight their way out of their room. Damien unleashed a powerful blast to eliminate most of the intruders in their immediate vicinity, a gun servitor cleared the rest, and CL053T pointed them in the direction Morgan had been taken and secured Talos Ivo. Morgan managed to shake off the effects
2.02 - Full Potential
The Lucky Strike was boarded while its crew slept. Morgan awoke to an intruder in her room who seemed human, but moved like a Drukhari. Damien and Solomon discovered the door to their quarters had been welded shut, so they began tearing through it with weapons and warp fire while trying to make contact with anyone else abo

1.36 - Parting Gifts
As Solomon duelled the Incubus, the wraithbone Warp gate opened a portal to Commorragh, and the Archon grew impatient, popping the heads of Governor Darius and the Astropath. Damien summoned his psychic abilities and finished off the Incubus, but the powers in the Warp overwhelmed him and he became possessed by the Deamon Kestrel. Morgan decided to leave the governor to his fate in favour of savin
1.35 - A Prayer in Steel
The band fought and destroyed the massive Spyrer Amberlin. Morgan used the password Hydra Dominatus to access the throne room where two Drukhari bearing symbols of the Kabal of the Bladed Cage held Darius and his Astropath hostage. As they reached an impasse with words, the Archon suggested a duel between the Incubus and Solomon. As the two fought, Morgan called Romeo in to stealthily observe the
1.34 - The Kabal of the Bladed Cage
As the agents attempted to drive through the main gate of the governor’s estate, their rank spike was flagged, alarms sounded, and the guard attacked. Amberlin had obviously been forewarned. Their driver drove through wildly anyway in their armoured vehicle, and when they were finally stopped by an unyielding door, Morgan used her rosette to open it and they entered the ground floor of the mansion
1.33 - The Spyrer
Having saved a few hundred Imperial citizens, the agents patched themselves up and reported back the Beatrice Hawkstar, who introduced them another member of the family, Usinger. They decided they would put Usinger’s forces on the xenos problem, Beatrice’s forces would provide
1.32 - The Source of the Rot
Amidst the burning xenos ship, the agents faced off against a Drukhari ambush: a powerful Sybarite alongside Kabalite warriors. Rex 2 took a lot of damage and the Judge went down, but Damien healed him and was surprised to be bestowed with additional protection from the warp. When the skirmish ended, Judge Rex took a Drukhari head as a trophy, Solomon became concerned about this strange behaviour,
1.31 - Justice Before People
Deep in the burrows, the Inquisitorial agents heard the screams of people facing off with Drukhari in the darkness of the tunnels. Solomon and the Judge hid amongst the burning shacks and prepared an ambush. Humans emerged and staggered towards them wearing explosive collars, forced to curse the Emperor, follow by a large, floating pirate-like ship bearing twelve Kabalite warriors. Damien hurled a
1.30 - The Inferior Species
In the dark distance, the agents could hear Drukhari attacking Imperial citizens. Damien gave his data slate to one of the burrow citizens so they could follow the map and lead others through the weakened void shield. As they moved towards the combat zone, Solomon noticed two Drukhari Hellions waiting in ambush. Damien threw warp fire at them, the Judge electrified one with his shock maul and orde

Out of the darkness, a Jetbike bearing a terrifying rider with its sword out, raced past Solomon and just barely missed him. Damien realized that the chorus of screams they had heard was actually from the Jetbikes, he recalled that a dark sect of the Aeldari used those types of fear tactics, and the agents found themselves facing off against three Drukhari. The team’s training paid off and, though
1.28 - Screams in the Dark
The agents entered the burrows to find a city beneath a city with an entire society functioning with good people and a sense of community, even though they were clearly suffering. Morgan discovered a vent system and entered it to access the void shield generators that were being used to block off areas that had been purged and prevent escape in the upcoming purge. At the shield generator, Damien r

The agents made their way into the governor’s estate with the help of their Administratum guide. With the governor unavailable, their goal became to convince any member of the Hawkstar Family that they would be useful allies. Morgan researched the important members of the family and determined that the recent assassinations were much more likely carried out by those within the family, rather than
1.25 - The Emperor’s Tears
A member of the Administratum greeted the agents-in-disguise, and informed them that some heretics were causing a problem, but the purges would sort it out quickly. He assured them that there was no need for them to stay, but Morgan insisted they the investigate the situation at the governor’s estate. 1.24 - A Monofamilial Governate
The Gellar field, now improved by Talos Ivo, held fast through the warp and let the agents sleep more soundly until the ship abruptly changed course to respond to an emergency beacon on the planet Ravenshrike in the Hawkstar system. They learned from Avarice that the system is an important source of mined materials and sees frequent pirate activities, which have recently decreased. Their mission i
1.23 - The Hawkstar System

1.22 - Sanctified
Having spoken with Valentyne, Morgan gathered the crew to inspire them to stay the course. She then practiced combat tactics with Judge Rex in a successful attempt to get him to warm up to her. 1.21 - The Taming of the Grox
For four days, CL053T worked on Solomon, to save his life, as Solomon was stuck in a bizarre dream state. When he awoke, his body was covered in scars, his right eye had been replaced with an augmetic, his legs were clearly not his own and had been gen-hanced. Talos Ivo was recovering too, but of course without his legs. As Solomon recovered, Morgan spoke with Valentyne through her servitorized as
1.20 - The Flesh is Weak
Brother Solomon could still be saved, but to do so, CL053T gave Morgan two options for replacing his lower-half: either an artificial grav option that would leave him floating, or taking Talos Ivo’s legs. She chose the latter and CL053T got to work. Judge Rex asked Morgan to accompany him to interrogate Damien, but upon seeing Damien, Morgan ordered the Judge out of the room. Morgan then spoke wit
1.19 - DECEASED
With the Gellar field still weakened, Damien experienced another warp pulse and hit Solomon and a Daemonette with necrotic energy, and Judge Rex set Rex 2 on Solomon as the brother continued to attack him. As things looked desperate, the food in their stomachs literally spoiling inside them, all signs of Chaos suddenly disappeared and snapped back to normal. Talos Ivo emerged, cheerfully declaring
1.18 - Perils of the Warp
As the Lucky Strike entered the warp, the crew’s sleep was disturbed by nightmares. As Damien slept, he saw the daemon, Kestrel, who was responsible for first igniting his psyker abilities, and accidentally used his powers in reality, thereby weakening the Gellar field. The rest of the crew woke up to alarms alerting them of the field’s instability. Morgan protected CL053T as the servitor attempte
1.17 - Warp Dreams
Finally back aboard their ship, the Lucky Strike, the agents secured Talos Ivo, and received healing or augmetic repairs. When they retired to their separate spaces to rest, Morgan instructed CLO53ET to build a small chapel on the ship, and wrote her report on the mission and her comrades to Valentyne. Damien returned to his quarters to self-flagellate. In speaking with Avarice, the Judge learned
1.16 - A Mind Too Small for Doubt
The Inquisitorial agents fought to gain entrance into the nearby ship. When Morgan entered, she came face-to-face with a chained up and bloodied Talos Ivo, who was quite cheerful about his impending rescue. Solomon took it upon himself to protect Talos throughout the chaos, and Talos’s guileless charm may have helped forge a burgeoning friendship with the brother. Judge Rex made it onboard after s

The agents made their way toward the Jumentierre Estate, and found improvised Valkyrie fliers that would give the Crimson Brothers advantage in the fight. The area was guarded by two Hereteks and a swarm of servo skulls, so Morgan opted for a stealth approach. Having escaped the Flensing House, the band took a short rest to treat their wounds and regroup, now in the company of two Arbitrators and a soldier.
