Darkness my old friend
my constant companion over the last 5 plus years in life. It's hard to describe it but it's been a great hindrance from enjoy the here and now. The life that could/should be happy is often dark, gloomy.
State of mind

Journey of Broke Brown man
This mental health journey has been a huge struggle for me. There have been numerous doctor visits, telehealth appointments between work breaks. Medication adjustments again and again. This is my story of how it started and how its been. Hopefully this can help someone in a similar situation.

Cut you off
Who do you have in your circle? is it someone that is supportive? positive? helpful? loyal? It can be a tough thing to let go of someone you are attached to. But if the juice is not worth the squeeze....think about it.
Israel
The uncertain is a scary place. I was reflecting on my leaving Egypt story from these last 6 months. Growing out of a thing, or place, situation, job, relationship, letting it go is often for the best. Embrace it.
Week After
Grateful I survived such a dark time in my life. Thank you to my family, my sister. My old friend from a previous job. It is such a strange thing to be able to listen back to this from a year ago. At the time I didn't feel right sharing this, now I do.

The toughest thing I had to physically go through was becoming a Firefighter. Here is my experience with going through the RCA, Class 78. Sometimes God will tell you through the obstacles in front of you what to do.
