Two friends explore the origins and evolution of their favorite pop culture topics, starting from the very beginning. They are currently working through a chronological watch of Classic Doctor Who and examining the history of American superhero movies. Expect deep dives, nostalgia, and lively discussions about the cultural impact of these beloved franchises.

FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER! (2007)

This week, the Pop Culture Historians tackle a movie so big, we needed a third to help us out! Katie Stebbins joins us to break down SPIDER-MAN 3, a much-maligned movie that still has a lot to offer (beautiful performances from Kirsten Dunst and Thomas Hayden Church), even when it’s deeply weird (all the Venom stuff).
