Latinx Therapy is a bilingual podcast hosted by trauma therapist Adriana Alejandre, LMFT, focused on mental health within the Latine community. Each episode works to break the stigma around therapy, dispel common myths and diagnoses, and share self-help techniques listeners can use in daily life. The show also advocates for culturally attuned care and connects listeners with a national directory of Latine therapists.
