WCSU-FM (Jazzy 88.9) is a non-commercial public radio station licensed to Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, serving Dayton and the Miami Valley region. Its programming blends contemporary and smooth jazz with urban gospel, plus NPR news and information and student-produced shows. Signed on in 1962, it is the nation's first federally licensed HBCU radio station.
