Toby Morse, lead singer of the band H2O, hosts this podcast where he has real, authentic, and non-scripted conversations with friends and heroes who have had a major impact on his life. The show is named after one of H2O's most impactful songs from their 1999 album F.T.T.W. Guests often describe the interviews as therapeutic. The podcast also ties into Toby's 501C3 non-profit organization of the same name.
