Umar Faruq Abd-Allah

Umar Faruq Abd-Allah is a prominent American Islamic scholar, theologian, and author. Born in Nebraska and raised in Georgia, he converted to Islam in the early 1970s after reading 'The Autobiography of Malcolm X.'
