The show explores Sadie's experience in the Independent Fundamental Baptist church, as well as other cults such as Jonestown and the Branch Davidians. It also examines cult-related media including reality TV shows and documentaries, fundamentalist influencers, and the broader societal dangers of cult ideologies.
