Radiotopia Presents: We're Doing the Wiz
In 2004, a racial controversy broke out at a small, mostly white performing arts high school in rural Massachusetts, drawing protests, TV news crews and a tense all-school assembly. Then the school announced it would stage an iconic American musical that no one expected. This series tells the story of that production and the community around it, premiering June 2025. It is part of Radiotopia Presents, a feed that showcases short multi-episode series built around bold, inclusive storytelling. More shows from the network can be found at radiotopia.fm.
