Marty Grunder is a 1990 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Business Administration. Marty is the founder and CEO of Grunder Landscaping Company. He also currently leads the Grow Group, a consulting firm that helps Green industry professionals across the country scale their business.

Craig Stammen is a University of Dayton School of Business Administration graduate. He is currently the manager of the San Diego Padres - after a 13 year career as a MLB pitcher. During his playing days, he was with the Washington Nationals and San Diego Padres, appearing in over 560 games.

Tim Massa is a 1989 University of Dayton School of Business graduate. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Kroger.

Hank Veeneman is a 2024 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Business; he is the current CEO of new company Saturn Sports. Vince Lewis is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship, Executive Director of the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, and President of the Hub.

Kiera Sullivan is a 2007 University of Dayton School of Business Graduate. She majored in Entrepreneurship and Marketing as an undergraduate. She also graduated from the School of Law with a JD in 2010. She is currently the Co-President at Continental Express, Inc., a truckload carrier and full-service logistics company that specializes in the transport of temperature-controlled freight.
Episode 26: Greg Harmeyer
Greg Harmeyer is a 1994 University of Dayton School of Business graduate. Greg is the cofounder of TiER1 Performance Solutions and CEO of its parent company, TiER1 Impact PBC, Inc.
During Greg's leadership, TiER1 has become a multi-year "Best Places to Work" recipient.

She has spent almost 3 decades working in human resource management - including the last 10 years as CEO of HR Knowledge Source, which provides business consulting solutions for talent management, leadership development, and inclusive workplace culture.

Greg DeMars is a 2004 University of Dayton graduate. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at CyberMaxx, a company that helps customers to assess, monitor, and manage cyber risk through a full-service suite of services. Greg previously held positions at PrizeLogic and Credibly.

Doug Lyons and Michael Manns are both 1979 University of Dayton graduates. Doug recently retired from The E.W. Scripts Company, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Treasurer. Michael is a Sector Specialist at Sit Investments in Minneapolis, after holding senior positions at Bloomberg, Lehman Brothers, and American Express earlier in his career.

Tracey Grabowski is a 1989 University of Dayton School of Business graduate. She recently retired from being Chief Human Resources Officer at Procter and Gamble.

Bill Raveis is a 1968 University of Dayton School of Business graduate. He is the Founder and CEO of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance. Tyrone Parnell is a 1981 University of Dayton School of Business alumnus. He spent 39 years working for IBM. As he gained promotions throughout the years, he concluded as a Managing Director of a large divestiture. Tyrone has significant experience working with cross-functional executive teams to manage succession planning, talent development, and customer acquisition across the globe.

George Kohlrieser is a 1967 University of Dayton graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Sociology. He also received his Master's Degree in Clinical Sociology in 1973.
